2. Presenter(s) and/or Panelists Name(s) and Contact Info
3. Format (select one from the list)
4. Marketer Level (Associate, Manager, Senior, Principals, etc.)
5. Program Description
6. Desired Learning Outcomes (list three)

Include your bio, headshot, and two speaking references for each presenter / moderator (no need to include references for panelists). Please submit your proposal by Monday, June 14, 2010, to SMPS-NY Director of Professional Development, Deborah Raw, via email at draw@tctcost.com.
