Eschbacher VHB’s growing
marketing team is searching for a talented proposal writer/specialist in the
firm’s Hauppauge, NY office. 5 to 7 years experience
coordinating and writing proposals in an A/E/P environment. Work directly with
technical practitioners and practice builders to prepare proposal materials,
including writing, editing, verifying, and formatting proposal information.
Ensure that the various aspects of proposal (win themes, technical scope, staff
qualifications and experience, biographical data, firm qualifications) and
other marketing materials are accurate, timely and well written. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, flexible
attitude, and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and continual
requests for assistance required. Candidates must be motivated, able to work
independently and with teams, be calm under pressure and passionate for
attention to detail. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications,
Journalism or related area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, In-Design or
desktop publishing a plus.
