As part of the corporate marketing team, the candidate will assist the proposal manager and marketing staff to develop marketing materials to promote the firm. The candidate will write correspondence, prepare customized qualifications packages and proposal materials, including SF 254/255s & SF330s, project experience sheets, marketing brochures, and other materials, as required. Candidate will also assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows and industry conferences.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent technical writing and organizational skills; a solid grasp of the English language and correct use of grammar; proficiency PC desktop publishing, word processing and database applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; a minimum of three years of similar experience, preferably in an A/E/C or professional services firm; the “people skills” to deal with diverse staff at many levels; and the ability to work overtime hours due to the time-sensitive nature of assignments. A bachelor's degree is highly desirable.

 

Must be authorized to work in the US.
